Why should I buy from Mullen Furniture?
Selection, quality and value is what Mullen Furniture is about. Home office and home entertainment purchases in today’s fast paced and changing environment far exceeds the capacity of a general furniture store. So our sales staff is not only trained in furniture design, but also in the newest television technology and office design trends.

We know your time is valuable, and we are here to help. We want your purchase to be informed. However we do not sacrifice quality. We work with some of the leading furniture manufacturers to ensure highest quality of product & service. From well known names such as Stanley, Hooker and Sligh, and also carry our own Signature brands. Nothing we sell is “Self-Assembly” furniture.

When can I expect my furniture to be delivered?
Delivery times will vary by product and manufacturer. If product is in stock in our warehouse, it normally will take less than a week to deliver in the local delivery area. If the product is in stock at the supplier warehouse, it can take 3-6 weeks for delivery. Custom theater chairs are built to order and will take 6-10 weeks.

Is there anyway to expedite the order?
Unfortunately, expediting furniture is not an option. However, we can check availability before you place the order to ensure no surprises occur.

My furniture is being delivered and it will not fit through the door. Can I return it for something smaller?
It is the customer’s responsibility to measure all doorways, hallways, and elevators to make sure that the furniture you are ordering will fit. Please make sure you have enough space for maneuvering large furniture in hallways, stairways, etc. If the furniture does not fit, please see return policy. All charges stated in the return policy will apply.

Cancellation & Return Policy
You may receive a total refund of any your purchase for furnishings bought in our showroom, only if you cancel the sale within 48 hours of the date of purchase.

All refunds will be made by check and mailed from our main office. Please allow 10-12 business days for returns to be processed. If you do not cancel the sale within 48 hours, only 80% of the purchase price will be refunded to you. Delivery and charge for pickup of furniture is not refundable.

Orders cannot be cancelled after merchandise has been delivered in good condition. Floor samples and Items “sold as is” can not be cancelled after delivery.

Custom Orders can not be cancelled or exchanged. These include theater chairs, and items we do not display on our showroom floor.

What if my furniture arrives damaged?
Although every effort will be made to ensure your furniture is in perfect condition before it arrives at your home, minor damage may slip our inspection. Please note any problems on your delivery slip at time of delivery.

Does my furniture have any warranty?
We follow warranty coverage from each manufacturer. Many products from Hooker, Stanley and Sligh will have warranty against manufacturer defect for a year. Some case goods will only have a 30 day warranty. Theater chair warranties are different and will vary by manufacturer.

Why can't I see prices for some manufacturers?
Due to manufacturer imposed policies, Mullen Furniture is unable to provide prices for some items. We apologize for this inconvenience. To see the prices for these items press the "Get a Quote" button to send us a email. You have to do nothing else. The product code will be entered as the subject of the email. These emails are given the utmost priority and you will get a response with 24hrs. Feel free to continue browsing the site.

I can’t find what I’m looking for on your site?
Can’t find what you are looking for or searching for a specific product?
We do not have have all the products from all of our manufacturers listed on our website.
Use our Contact Page and put as much information as possible in your message (Manufacturer, product code, color, etc.)

Payment Options:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Credit cards can be used when placing an order via internet or phone.

We also offer No Interest Financing - These terms vary. Please contact the showroom for more information and current promotions.

Checks and money orders should be mailed or brought in, along with a copy of your invoice to:
